Our thoughts are with you, as you face the anxiety and changes during the worldwide COVID19 epidemic. At Charm Health we would like to explain how our resources align with national initiatives, to address one major challenge: access to health care. First, you will be able to contact and have a quick review with your providers without going to the medical office in person. The COVID screening is integrated into Charm Health tools, and your provider will be able to screen you if necessary and decide if you need help. Else, you will be able to use the system, as spotlighted below, to take advantage of the PHR during these times, to get non-urgent care.

Quick Review over Chat

With the secure Patient Channel created by the Practice, you will be able to post questions to that channel any time when you wish to get your symptoms quickly reviewed and arrange a virtual or in-person visit as needed

TeleHealth Appointment and Consultations

Telehealth has proven to be a beneficial tool in addressing patient needs during the pandemic. Charm TeleHealth services allow you to consult with your doctor from home, work, a hotel room, or wherever you may be, with a good internet connection.

Document Sharing

The Patient Portal allows you to share your health records with your care team within the portal and also with external consulting physicians in a secure manner

Secure Messaging

Perhaps you do not need an in-person appointment with your provider, but you do want to communicate for example, if you have a follow-up question about a new prescription you have recently started taking, or your treatment progress, or any private queries that you may have, you can send 'Secure Messages' from your Charm portal and get them clarified.

Health Updates from Providers

Regular updates from your caregivers on to-dos and important announcements from the practice can be received on your Charm portal to keep yourself updated.
