Today I wanted to share with you a newer feature of ChARM EHR that you may not be aware of...
It's a feature that makes appointment scheduling nearly effortless!
ChARM EHR has now added a calendar web-embed feature that allows providers to embed their calendar directly into the practice website. Patients can then look at their doctor's schedules, and book appointments themselves online.
Provider's are already reporting a major reduced volume of incoming phone calls due to the patient scheduling feature. This means less "busy work" for your practice.
