Protect Patient Health Information

Eligible professionals (EPs) must attest YES to conducting or reviewing a security risk analysis and implementing security updates as necessary and correcting identified security deficiencies to meet this measure.

1. Go to 'Analytics' section
2. Click on 'Meaningful Use Report'
3. Click the 'Stage 3' row from the Meaningful Use Request List
4. Check the 'Satisfied' checkbox for the 'Protect Patient Health Information' measure
