How to Sign up to Charm Connect

Practices can subscribe to our Charm Connect feature only if they have an active CharmHealth EHR account. After signing up for CharmHealth EHR, follow these steps to enable Charm Connect:

1. Login to your CharmHealth EHR account
2. Go to the 'Settings > Charm Connect' section.
   
3. Click on the 'Subscribe' button.
   
4. If there is an existing card on file in your CharmHealth account, it will be used for the Connect subscription. If not, you will be prompted to enter the card details.
   
5. Click on the 'Verify Card' button.

Once done, Charm Connect will get activated for your Practice account. The Practice Admin can configure further CharmHealth-related settings and role privileges based on the Practice requirement.
