Dear Valued Customers and Healthcare Heroes, These are unprecedented times--the world is grappling with the health and economic toll brought about by the evolving COVID19 situation. I have a heavy heart as I hear each day about the impacts COVID-19 is having on our communities. Whether you are on the frontlines caring for someone with the infection, screening incoming patients for the virus, or just dealing with keeping your practice running in these difficult times-- we are with you. No fees on Telehealth Charm Health wishes to do our small part to mitigate the difficulties faced by practices like yours. Access to telehealth is more important than ever. We have taken steps to ensure that ALL current and NEW telehealth customers will have unlimited and free access to Telehealth till July 2020. In other words, Charm Health will waive telehealth costs for all customers-- you will not pay extra for using telehealth. New customers may register and get signed up right away to continue with your consults safely. Current users do not have to do anything to take advantage of this offer. Published encounter-based or provider-based pricing holds, along with other add-on feature pricing, but the telehealth cost will be removed from your invoice. Serving our Customers We have enhanced and launched updates to support COVID19 screening, resources, lab orders, and billing codes. We hope that this information will bring these essential resources to your finger-tips. I have been reaching out to local health officials offering our technological resources during this crisis. If you are aware of any urgent need where we could help, please let us know here. Supporting our Staff We’ve also been working to keep our employees as safe as possible, including advising them to work from home to mitigate the spread of the pandemic. We will continue to be committed, as always, to provide you with the system and services you need to care for your patients.
