A note to our readers

In the current state of the world, we want to encourage all in our community to speak their truth- and we support equal treatment for everyone. With this in mind, we take Martin Luther King Jr’s “most persistent question” seriously: “What are you doing for others?”

Our CEO, Pramila Srinivasan and charmhealth are committed to diversity in our workforce. Charm Health believes that we all have a moral responsibility to bridge the opportunity gap and promote racial diversity. We condemn racism in any form.

As a business, charmhealth asks itself, “What are we doing to increase diversity in our technology industry?” As you may know, charmhealth diverts a portion of its revenue to BRAIN Foundation, a nonprofit to support evidence-based research for disabilities associated with autism.

In addition, the latest unprecedented events this past month have resulted in us taking a professional responsibility seriously, and take one step in the direction of promoting career opportunities in high tech companies for disadvantaged college students.

As a diversity and inclusion effort, charmhealth is planning to roll out collaborative programs specifically to support students, who otherwise would not have the opportunities, in Technology Training and Apprenticeship opportunities. Stay tuned to know more about this.

While our country struggles with a once-in-a-generation pandemic and civil unrest we haven’t seen in decades, we are even more encouraged by the strength of our communities and organizations coming together for a greater purpose.

Together we can change the world!
