Invoices of EHR practice can be seen by clicking 'Practice Invoices' under 'RCM Action' on the left of the RCM Dashboard. Invoices with Patient Responsibility can be mailed, emailed or sent to their PHR portal. When the invoice is mailed to the patient, it can be 'Mark As Mailed'.
Only members with privileges can view this section which can be managed in Admin Settings → Member List → Member Privileges.
