MU Stage 2 - Core Measures
Measure Overview :
Measure 1: Implement five CDS interventions related to four or more CQMs at a relevant point in patient care for the entire EHR reporting period. If four CQMs don't relate to your practice or patient population, the CDS interventions must relate to high-priority health conditions.
Measure 2: The provider has enabled and implemented the functionality for drug-drug and drug-allergy interaction checks for the entire EHR reporting period.
Exclusion : For the second measure, any Provider who writes fewer than 100 medication orders during the EHR reporting period
ChARM EHR Workflow :
CDS rules implemented in ChARM EHR are listed under Settings > Encounter > CDS section.
Contact your Practice Administrator and enable at least five CDS rules for your role.
ChARM EHR provides Drug-Drug and Drug-Allergy interaction alerts while prescribing medications.
You can configure the alert severities to be shown under Settings > Encounter > Drug Interaction section.
