Introduction

Charm supports a template-driven approach for creating the Chart Note. With the robust Template framework, you can create various Templates that will help you speed up the data entry during the Consultation. For example, you can create Templates for SOAP consultation, Prescriptions, Diagnosis, Lab orders, Vaccination, Referral Reports, etc.

To create a Template, follow the steps given below.

Go to the 'Settings > Templates' section.
Click on the '+New Template' option to start creating the Template. The following screen opens up to create various types of Templates.
Enter the Template name, choose the Template type, and click on the 'Proceed' button.

The readily built components allow you to customize the Template in the way you would like to see them. These components include Heading, Check List, Simple Question, Single Choice, MultiChoice, etc. You can drag and drop these components into the various sections.
