Creating Supplement Template

Creating Template from CharmHealth

To create a Supplement Template, follow the steps given below.

  1. Go to the Settings > Templates section and click on the 'My Templates' option.
  2. Click on the '+ New Template' button and enter the name for the Template.
  3. Choose the Template type as 'Supplement' and click on the 'Proceed' button.

  4. Select the '+ Supplement' to add the Supplement information and select the 'Charm' option.

    • If the Supplement type is 'Manufactured', enter the Manufacturer information by clicking the icon next to the Manufacturer list and enter each Manufacturer details on a separate line.

    • If the Supplement type is 'Compounded', select the Preparations detail from the list available.

  5. Enter the intake details, directions for usage, and dispensing information. Type in the Weaning schedule and Comments (if any). Click the 'OK' button to create a Template.
