Configuring Demographics

You can configure the demographics details that should appear when you create patient records.

  1. Click on Settings > Patient > Demographics

  2. Select the fields that you would like to have. You can also select the 'Default Language' and 'Default Gender', so that it will be set these default values, when you add a new patient.

  3. Click on "Save" button to save changes

Defining Patient Category

  1. Click on Settings > Patient > Categories

  2. Click on '+ New Category' button to define the category. These categories can be assigned to the patient while adding the new patient. Analytical reports can be generated based on this field from the 'Patient Statistics Report'.

  3. Type in the category name and click on "Add" button

Configuring Referral Provider Directory

  1. Click on Settings > Directory > Referrals

  2. Click on '+ Add Provider' button and add the referral provider details.

  3. This referral provider can be associated to the patient when you add the patient details.

  4. Click on "Add" button to add the referral provider
