Configure Patient Portal Invitation

When you add a new Patient to your Practice, you can configure to send a Patient Portal invitation by default. Follow the steps given below to configure the Patient Portal Invitation behavior.

  1. Go to Settings > Patient > Patient Registration > PHR Invitation under the Other Customization Section
  2. Set the ‘PHR Invitation Required’ option to ‘Yes’ or ‘No’. Setting this value to ‘Yes’ will make the email address field mandatory while adding the new Patient so that the Patient portal invite can be sent.
  3. Click on the ‘Save’ button to save the changes.
