Configure Patient Portal Invitation
When you add a new patient in your practice, you can configure whether you want to send a patient portal invitation by default or not. Follow the steps given below to configure the patient portal invitation behavior.
- Go to Settings > Patient > Patient Registration > PHR Invitation
- Set "PHR Invitation Required" to "Yes" or "No". Setting this value to "Yes" will make the email address field mandatory while adding the new patient, so that the patient portal invite can be sent.
- Click on "Save" to save the changes.
