Access Visit Summary

You can view all your visit summaries here. Click on each visit to view:

• Your diagnosis
• Prescribed medications or supplements
• Treatment's progress
• Physician recommendations, if any.

You can also use the calendar to filter through your visits. A small dot below a particular date indicates a visit.

Note: You can also access visit summaries under the 'Timeline' sections.
