Patient Portal - User Guide
The 'Timeline' section lists the patient's Practice interactions across different PHR sections in the order of occurrence. The section displays recent events first, you can scroll down to view past events.
Clicking on each event allows you to view snapshot details on the Timeline. For example, the images below display a few sections you can view on the timeline.
Search the Timeline
The Search bar allows you to search for events on the Timeline using the Provider Name, Section, or Subject details. You can click on the listed events to view snapshot details.
