Receipts List

Receipt Reports give a detailed overview of all Receipts created in a given period.

  • The Receipts List Report lists the Receipts generated in the selected Date Range.
  • You can group the report by Facility Name, Facility Code, Patient Name, Provider, Payment Added by the Provider, Has Payment Refund, Has Unused Payment, Payment Method, Payment From, Is From Payment Gateway, Beneficiary, Recurring Reference#, Is RCM Payment, Reference#, Other Reference#, Facility Resource, Referral Source, and Referral Specific Source.
  • The report gets listed according to the selected parameter in the 'Group by' option.
  • You can also search the Receipts using the Filter options and generate the report.
    Receipts List
  • Click the 'Show Report' button to view the Receipt Report grouped by the selected parameter.
  • You can export the report as a CSV file by clicking the 'Export as CSV' button. Enable the 'Export all the report details with subtotals' option to export all details with subtotals. Otherwise, only the subtotals will be exported.
  • To export only the particular columns in the report as a CSV or PDF file. Click the 'Settings' icon next to the 'Export Selected Columns' button and drag and drop the column names from the Available Columns to the Selected Columns. Choose the PDF Layout either as a Landscape or a Portrait and click the 'Update' button.
  • To save the report as a Custom Report, click the 'Save as Custom Report' button. Enter the Report Name, and Description, and choose the Category. To add a new Category, click the 'Add New' link.

Procedures List

  • To generate the Procedure List report, go to the 'Billing > Reports > Procedure Reports' section.
  • This report lists the Procedure Codes of the Encounters in the selected Date range. You can choose to show the details by Invoice Date/Encounter Date.
  • You can group the report by Facility Name, Patient Name, Visit Type, Provider, Invoice#, Invoice Status, etc.
  • The report gets listed according to the selected parameter in the 'Group by' option.
  • If you need to exclude the Cancelled Invoices, enable the 'Exclude Cancelled Invoices' option.
  • You can also use the Filter options to generate the report.
  • Click the 'Show Report' button to view the report grouped by the selected parameter.
  • The report can be saved as a CSV file by clicking the 'Export as CSV' button.
    Procedures List

Product Sales List

  • Go to the 'Billing > Reports > Inventory Product Reports' section to view the Product Sales List report.
  • This report gives you the list of sales of the Products in the selected Date Range.
  • You can choose to show details by Invoice Date or Encounter Date.
  • You can group the report by Facility Name, Patient Name, Provider, Invoice#, Invoice#, Invoice Status, etc.
  • The report gets listed according to the selected parameter in the 'Group by' option.
  • You can also use the Filter options to generate the report.
  • Click the 'Show Report' button to view the report grouped by the selected parameter.
  • Clicking the 'Export as CSV' button allows you to save the report as a CSV file.
    Product Sales List

Procedures by Patient

  • Procedures by Patient report can be viewed under the 'Billing > Reports > Procedure Reports' section.
  • This report lists the Procedures grouped by Patient name.
  • Choose to show the details by Invoice Date or Encounter Date and select the Date Range.
  • Click the 'Show Report' button to generate the report.
  • To create a CSV File, click the 'Export as CSV' button.

Product Sales By Patient

  • You can access the Product Sales by Patient report under the 'Billing > Reports > Inventory Product Reports' section.
  • This report lists the total sales of the Products grouped by Patient name.
  • Choose to show the details by Invoice Date or Encounter Date and select the Date Range.
  • Click the 'Show Report' button to generate the report.
  • Get your data in CSV format by clicking the 'Export as CSV' button.

Receipts by Patient

  • This report lists the Receipts grouped by Patient name.
  • Choose the Payment Date Range to list the report.
  • Click the 'Show Report' button to generate the report.

Receipts By Payment Method

  • This report lists the Receipts grouped by the Payment Method viz., Card, Credit, etc.
  • Select the Payment Date Range to list the report.
  • Choose the Receipt Status.
  • Click the 'Show Report' button to generate the report.

Receipts and Refund Report

  • This report shows payments collected and refunds given in any selected date range and also the 'Net Collection' of the Practice.
  • By default, this report runs based on the 'Payment / Refund Added Date' i.e. date on which the Payment/Refund is added.
  • Practices can use this report to get 'Provider Collection' or 'Provider Commission' by enabling the option 'Enable option to select provider at the time of posting payments' in the 'Settings > Billing > Billing Settings' section.

  • You can group the Report by Patient Name, Payment Method, Refund Method, Facility Name, Payment From, Provider, Payment/Refunds, Facility Code, and the Provider who added the Payment.
  • The report gets listed according to the selected parameter in the 'Group by' option.
  • You can also search the Receipts using the Filter options and generate the report.
  • Click the 'Show Report' button to view the Receipt Report grouped by the selected parameter.

Refunds Report

  • This report shows all the refunds given to the Patient by the Practice in a selected date period. This report runs based on the 'Refund Date'.
  • You can group the report by Facility Name, Patient Name, Receipt#, Refund-Payment Method, Refund To, Refund Reference#, Provider, and Facility Code.

  • The report gets listed according to the selected parameter in the 'Group by' option.
  • You can also search the Receipts using the Filter options and generate the report.
  • Click the 'Show Report' button to view the Receipt Report grouped by the selected parameter. The report gets listed according to the selected parameter in the 'Group by' option.
  • You can also search the Receipts using the Filter options and generate the report.

Provider Collection Reports - To pay the Provider Commission based on the Services Rendered

Payment Collection by Provider

  • This report lists the collection of payment for Procedures & Products by each Provider.
  • This report shows the overall payment collection done by each Provider in a selected date period. This report is helpful for Practices to process the payroll/commission for the Providers based on their respective payment collection.
  • This report runs on 'Invoice Payment Date' (The date on which a receipt is applied to an invoice).
  • Payment is considered only if the Receipt is applied to an Invoice. Hence, the 'Unused Payment' of receipts is not included in the 'Invoice Payment Received' amount.
  • To view all payments collected for a Provider, click the 'Total' link.

Product Sales List

  • This report gives you the list of sales of the Products in the selected Date Range.
  • You can choose to show details by Invoice Date or Encounter Date.
  • You can group the report by Facility Name, Patient Name, Provider, Invoice#, Invoice#, Invoice Status, etc.
  • The report gets listed according to the selected parameter in the 'Group by' option.
  • You can also use the Filter options to generate the report.
  • Click the 'Show Report' button to view the report grouped by the selected parameter.

Tax Report (Based on Invoice)

  • This report runs based on 'Invoice Date' and shows 'Tax Amount' based on the amount Invoiced.
  • Select the Invoice Date Range from the drop-down menu.
  • You can also search for total tax payments using the filter options viz., Patient Name, Patient Record ID, Provider, Product/Procedure, Facility Name, and Facility Code.
  • Click the 'Show Report' button to generate the report based on the amount Invoiced.

Tax Report (Based on Collection)

  • This report runs based on 'Payment Date' i.e. the date on which Invoices are paid. It shows 'Tax Amount' based on the actual tax amount collected.
  • Select the Invoice Date Range from the drop-down menu.
  • You can also search for total tax payments using the filter options viz., Patient Name, Patient Record ID, Provider, Product/Procedure, Facility Name, and Facility Code.
  • Click the 'Show Report' button to generate the report based on the amount collected.

Account Receivable Reports - To get the Outstanding Account Receivable Details

A/R Aging Report by Patient

  • This report shows the outstanding amount that the Practice should collect from Patients/Payers.
  • This outstanding amount is grouped based on the age of the Invoices.
  • This report does not consider Invoices with due 'Zero'. To view all the Invoices of the Patient, click the 'Total' link and unselect the 'Show only Invoices with due' option.
  • Enable the 'Show A/R Aging Report as on a Specific Date' option to list the report based on the selected Invoice/Payment/Refund Date or Invoice/ Payment/Refund Added Date.

A/R Aging Report by Provider

  • This report shows the outstanding Invoice amount for services rendered by the Providers.
  • This outstanding amount is grouped based on the age of the Invoices.
  • This report does not consider Invoices with due 'Zero'.
  • To view all the Invoices of the provider, click the 'Total' link and unselect the 'Show only Invoices with due' option.

Payment Gateway Reports - To get the details of Cards Saved on File against Patients and Recurring Profiles

Patient Card on File Report

  • This report shows the list of Cards on File of the Patients.
  • If a patient has multiple cards on file, multiple entries will be shown in this report.
  • Practice can use this report to view the last successful and failed transactions made from the card and also the failure reason for the transactions.

  • Using this report, the Practice can identify the list of expired cards on the file of the Patient.
  • Practice can use the Group Report by 'Card Expiry' option to group the cards based on the expiry of the card.

  • To list the cards on file of the inactive Patients, enable the 'Include Inactive Patients' option.

Recurring Profile Report

  • This report lists all the Recurring Profile data of the Patients created under the 'Billing > Receipts > Recurring Profile' section.
  • This report helps the Practice to have an insight on the payment amount, total count for future transactions, upcoming next payment date, etc.
  • Additional columns such as 'Last Successful Transaction Date', 'Last Failed Transaction Date', 'Failure Notes', 'Card Last 4 Digits', 'Card Expiry', 'Card Brand', 'Card Nick Name', and 'Beneficiary' in this report provide a detailed overview of Recurring Profiles.
  • Choose to show the details by Payment Added Date, Next Payment Date, Last Successful Transaction Date, or Last Failed Transaction Date.
    Recurring Profile Report
  • Practice can group the Recurring Profile based on the Patient's name, Schedule, Status of the Recurring Profile, Next Payment Date, Facility Code, and Facility Name.
  • You can use the filter options to refine your search results.
  • Use the 'Status' filter to list the Recurring Profile details of the particular status. If you need to list the failed transactions for a particular date range, select the 'Failed' option in the 'Status' filter.

  • You can save the report as a custom report by clicking the 'Save as Custom Report' button.
  • Click the 'Export as CSV' button to export the report to your system.
  • You can also export the particular columns selected in the 'Settings' option by clicking the 'Export Selected Columns' button.

Recurring Profile - Invoice Line Item Report

  • This report lists all the Procedures and Products added as part of a Recurring profile.
  • Practice can use this report to fetch any information on the Products & Procedures such as the total quantity, the charge of the item, the discount offered, and the tax amount applied to that item.
  • Additional columns such as 'Last Successful Transaction Date', 'Last Failed Transaction Date', 'Failure Notes', 'Card Last 4 Digits', 'Card Expiry', 'Card Brand', 'Card Nick Name', and 'Beneficiary' have been added to this report for a detailed overview of Recurring Profiles.
  • Choose to show the details by Payment Added Date, Next Payment Date, Last Successful Transaction Date, or Last Failed Transaction Date.

  • You can group the report by Item Name, Item Code, Item Type, Patient Name, Schedule, Status, Next Invoice Date, Recent Invoice Date, Recurring Reference#, Facility Name, & Facility Code.
  • You can use the filter options to refine your search results.
  • Use the 'Status' filter to list the Recurring Profile details of the particular status.

Report by Next Invoice Date: The Recurring Profile - Invoice Line Item Report listed by 'Next Invoice Date' provides you with a detailed overview of all Recurring profiles sorted by their next added date. Now you can easily identify upcoming scheduled profiles and track their progress.

Encounter Summary Reports - To get the details of Appointments, Encounters, Invoices, Claims, and Payments together

Encounter Summary Report

  • This report gives an overview of the Encounters performed in a specific date range.
  • This report helps you to view a summary of the activity performed by each Provider as well as the summary of Procedure Codes, payment collected, Invoice due, Invoice status, Insurance details, etc.
  • You can choose to show details by Appointment Date, Encounter Started Date, Encounter Signed Date, or Invoice Date. Select the Date Range to show the details.
  • This report can be grouped by Appointment Status, Visit Type, Encounter Type, Has Encounter, Encounter Status and Category, etc.
  • You can also use the Filter options to refine your search further.
  • Click the 'Show Report' button to view the report.

Write-off / Adjustment Report

  • This report lists the Write-off/ Adjustment amount made to the Patient/Insurance in a specified date range.
  • Choose to show the details by either Write-off/Adjustment Date or Write-Off/ Adjustment Added Date. Select the Date Range to view the report.
  • You can use the Filter Options to refine your search results.
  • Click the 'Show Report' button to view the report.

Patient Invoice Sent Report

  • This report lists all the Invoices sent to the Patients from EHR.
  • Invoices can be sent to the Patient's PHR account, Email ID, or mailed to the Patient's address. All these invoices get listed in this report.
  • Invoice status and present due can be verified in this report.
  • Choose to show details on the Invoice Sent Date, Invoice date, or Encounter Date, and select the date range.
  • You can group the report by Patient Name, Sent Mode, Invoice Status, Message Template, Sent By, Facility Name, and Facility Code.
  • The report gets listed according to the selected parameter in the 'Group by' option.
  • You can also use the Filter options to generate the report.
  • Click the 'Show Report' button to view the report grouped by the selected parameter.

EOBs List

  • All the EOBs added in the 'Billing > EOBs' are available as a list under the 'Billing > Reports > Other Reports > EOBs List' section.
  • This report can be used to view EOBs with filters such as Payer Name, Patient Name, Remaining amount in EOB, etc.

ERAs (e-Claim) List

  • This report lists all the ERAs downloaded from your Clearinghouse along with the ERAs manually uploaded by members of your Practice.
  • You can choose to show details by ERA Downloaded Date or Check/EFT Date.
  • This report can be grouped by Payer Name, Payer ID, Payee Name, Check/EFT#, etc.
  • You can also use the Filter Options to refine your search results.
  • Click the 'Show Report' button to view the report.
  • Click the 'Mapped Receipts & Invoices' link to view all the Invoices and Receipts mapped to an ERA.
    ERAs (e-Claim) List

Electronic Claim Submission Report

  • This report shows the Claims submitted for the first time within the selected date range.
  • When a Claim is submitted more than once, it is billed only for the first time submission.
  • CharmHealth bills the 'Electronic Claims' add-on based on the number of Claims submitted to the Payer for the first time in a month. This report helps to get that list.
  • Select the Date Range to view the report.
